Automotive-Grade Display Solutions

Wide-temperature segment LCD and TFT displays for dashboards, instrument clusters, EV chargers, and in-vehicle infotainment. Engineered for vibration, sunlight, and long service life.

Automotive Standards First

Built to Automotive Standards

Automotive programs have zero tolerance for supply chain surprises. Here's what we bring to the table.

IATF 16949

Automotive Quality Management System. Our facility operates to IATF-aligned processes for automotive programs. Current certificate status confirmed at first contact.

AEC-Q100 / Q104

We source AEC-Q100 qualified driver ICs and AEC-Q104 LED packages where the design requires. Talk to us about your grade requirement.

Wide Temp -30~+85°C

Cold-start validated. Thermal shock and temperature cycling tested to your OEM spec. Test data available with each shipment.

PPAP-Ready Traceability

Batch-level traceability, golden sample approval, and full test reports. Ready for your OEM PPAP submission.

Automotive programs welcome. Tell us your qualification plan at first contact — we'll confirm what we can deliver and flag any gaps honestly.

Built for the Road

What Automotive Environments Demand

Four engineering capabilities that set automotive displays apart from consumer electronics.

01
Pain Point

Wide Temperature Range

⚠️ A dashboard can bake at +85°C in summer sun and freeze at -30°C in winter. Standard LCDs go black, ghost, or slow to respond.

Our Solution

Wide-temperature LCD fluid and polarizer rated for -30°C to +85°C continuous. Cold-start validated. Temperature cycling and thermal shock tested before every shipment.

Sunlight readable display
02
Pain Point

Sunlight Readability

⚠️ Direct sunlight washes out standard displays. Drivers can't read speed or warning icons when it matters most.

Our Solution

Transflective or reflective polarizer for segment LCD — ambient light works for you. For TFT, high-brightness backlight (up to 1000 nits) with AG/AR coating and full optical bonding.

03
Pain Point

Vibration & Mechanical Shock

⚠️ Engines, roads, and rough terrain create constant vibration. Solder joints crack, connectors loosen, screens go dead.

Our Solution

COB assembly with reinforced solder joints. FPC connectors tested for mating cycles and retention force. Random vibration, sine sweep, and mechanical shock tests to your OEM spec.

04
Pain Point

Long-Term Supply & Consistency

⚠️ Automotive platforms run 10-15 years. A discontinued display or color shift between batches means field failures and warranty claims.

Our Solution

Tooling and design files retained 3+ years. LED binning and polarizer color matching keep batches consistent. We can hold die stock for your program and never discontinue a display without a drop-in replacement.

FAQ

Common Questions

Questions from automotive buyers and engineers.

Do you hold IATF 16949 or AEC-Q100 certifications?
Our facility operates to IATF-aligned quality processes, and we source AEC-Q100 drivers and AEC-Q104 LED packages where the design requires. If your program demands formal IATF 16949 certification, tell us at first contact — we'll confirm current certificate status and, if needed, discuss how the supply chain can be structured to meet your OEM qualification plan.
Can you supply displays that work in direct sunlight?
For segment LCD, transflective or reflective polarizer. For TFT, high-brightness backlight (up to 1000 nits) plus AG/AR coating and full optical bonding. Tell us the peak outdoor brightness in your market and whether the display sits behind a window or tinted lens — both affect the spec.
What temperature range do your automotive displays support?
Wide-temperature version handles -30°C to +85°C continuous. Below -30°C we recommend a heated backlight. Above +85°C we'll review the overall thermal design — even industrial displays have limits, and we'll tell you honestly if the application is outside the safe range.
Can you guarantee long-term supply for 10+ years?
We retain tooling and design files for 3+ years, and we can hold die stock for your program. We never discontinue a display your platform depends on without first offering a drop-in replacement. If your OEM program requires a written long-term supply agreement, we can discuss that.
