Can you make custom-shaped backlights and LGPs?

Yes — custom shape is our default working model. Send us an outline drawing with target brightness, color temperature, and connector type. Our engineers return a design proposal before tooling.

What's your MOQ and lead time?

MOQ from 100 pcs (standard 500 pcs for custom parts). Trial runs below MOQ negotiable. Sample lead time: 3 days after drawing confirmation. Mass production: 15 days for 300–1,000 piece orders. Tooling cost: ¥2,000–3,000 for a custom LGP mold.

How do you ensure brightness uniformity?

We use optical simulation to design the LGP dot pattern before cutting. Every batch is checked against a customer-approved golden sample. Standard uniformity is ≥90% (deviation ≤1.2). LEDs are binned by brightness and color so all units in one batch stay visually matched.
