What Can Be Customized

Segment LCD is our most customizable product — nearly every parameter can be tailored to your drawing.

Drawing / Sample

Send a drawing, bitmap, or physical sample. We convert it to a segment map.

Size & Shape

Rectangular, round, oval, or fully irregular. Cut to your mechanical drawing.

Material & Voltage

Glass thickness 0.55–2.8 mm. Drive voltage 3.0V / 5.0V / custom.

Connection

Metal pin, FPC tail, zebra strip, or heat seal. Match your board assembly.

Viewing Direction

Choose Your Viewing Direction

The viewing direction is set during polarizer lamination. Tell us where the operator's eye sits relative to the screen, and we'll pick the optimal direction and contrast bias.
