Requirement Review
Send your drawing, sample or spec. Our engineer reviews feasibility and confirms what information is still needed.
Spec & Quotation
We issue a formal specification and quotation with tooling cost, sampling lead time and mass production lead time.
Tooling & Sampling
After your confirmation, we build tooling and produce samples for your evaluation and approval.
Sample Approval
You verify electrical, optical and mechanical performance. We adjust if needed and freeze the design.
Mass Production
Production with in-house COB/SMT assembly and QC. Tooling and design files retained for 3+ years.
Common Engineering Questions
A few of the questions our engineers answer most often. Full FAQ covers both technical and commercial topics.
Q: Can the display start reliably at -30°C?
Yes. We select wide-temperature liquid crystal and matching polarizers rated for -30°C startup and +85°C continuous operation. Please tell us your minimum startup temperature.
Q: My MCU pins are limited — can you optimize the drive scheme?
Yes. We adjust Duty and Bias ratio to reduce pin count. Share your controller model and available pins, and our engineer will confirm the optimal driving scheme.
Q: Can you reverse-engineer a display when the original supplier stopped production?
Yes. Send us a physical sample — we measure the outline, segment pattern, pin assignment and connection method, then issue a spec for your confirmation before tooling.
Need help with your display circuit design?
Our senior engineers review your specification and respond within 2 hours — duty/bias optimization, driver selection, viewing angle tuning, wide-temperature options and more.
