Meeting the Demands of Industrial Control

Every industrial environment presents a different challenge. Here's how we solve the real-world pain points of equipment manufacturers.

01
Pain Point

Extreme Temperatures

⚠️ Factory floors hit -30°C in winter and +85°C near furnaces. Consumer-grade displays freeze, ghost, or fail entirely.

Our Solution

Wide-temperature LCDs using specially selected liquid crystal fluid and polarizer materials rated for -30°C to +85°C continuous operation. Tested with temperature cycling and cold-start validation.

02
Pain Point

Vibration & Shock

⚠️ Machines vibrate constantly. Bonding and solder joints crack, causing dead segments or intermittent connections.

Our Solution

COB bonding uses reinforced solder joints and protective encapsulation. We can run random vibration, sine sweep, and drop tests to your specification — with test data provided before shipment.

03
Pain Point

EMI & Electrical Noise

⚠️ Motors, relays, and high-power lines inject interference into signal lines. Displays flicker, ghost, or show garbled data.

Our Solution

Grounding rings and shielding on FPC, with ESD/EMI protection designed at the layout stage. EMC/EMI test data available on request. For critical applications we can route differential signals or add external filtering.

Long Service Life

⚠️ Industrial equipment runs 24/7 for 10+ years. The display must last as long as the machine — replacing a failed display is expensive and disruptive.

Our Solution

LED backlights rated 50,000+ hours to 70% brightness, with consistent color temperature over life. Tooling and design files retained for 3+ years so repeat orders skip setup — we never discontinue a display your equipment depends on.

What temperature range can your displays handle?
Standard operating range is -20°C to +70°C. Wide temperature versions handle -30°C to +85°C continuous — with proper fluid and polarizer selection. For extremely cold environments (below -30°C), we recommend a heated backlight or external heater.
Can you supply displays that work in direct sunlight?
For segment LCD, use a transflective or reflective polarizer — ambient light works for you rather than against you. For TFT, we use high-brightness backlight (up to 1000 nits) plus AG/AR coating and full optical bonding.
Can you supply a display + PCBA bundle?
Yes — this is a key differentiator. Panel bonding, backlight, and PCBA (SMT/COB) all run in the same facility. You get a fully tested module with display, backlight, driver IC, connector, and supporting components already fitted. No coordination between vendors.
What's your MOQ and lead time for industrial orders?
MOQ is 300 pcs for most custom segment LCD products. LED digital tubes: 500 pcs for custom, 100+ for standard. TFT: 100+ for standard models. Sample lead time: 3–15 days depending on type. Mass production: 15–35 days after sample approval.
